We also provide in-home visits for clients who may have difficulty leaving their homes due to mobility issues or health challenges. In addition, our virtual coaching sessions are perfect for clients with busy schedules.

A Health Coach complements that care by focusing on your overall wellness and helping you to make appropriate lifestyle changes to meet your specific goals for health and well-being. While your doctor provides medical advice and treatment, a Health Coach helps you set personalized health goals, develop the right strategies and sustainable habits, and supports you on your journey to better health.

Yes, we offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute exploratory discussion by phone to get a quick overview of your situation and to discuss next steps. Pricing & Payment
Our coaching rates are tailored to your unique situation, whether you prefer in-office visits, virtual coaching, or in-home sessions. We offer convenient hourly rates as well as coaching packages to best suit your needs. To provide you with the most accurate pricing, we need to gather some basic information during our intake process. This helps to ensure that we offer you the right support.
Yes, we offer discounts as part of our longer-term coaching packages, tailored to your specific situation. Additionally, seniors aged 65 and above are eligible for special discounts. If your employer covers your health coaching through a benefit plan, your out-of-pocket costs may also vary. We explore possible discount options during the intake process.
For your convenience, we accept payments by check or credit card. If your employer is paying for your health coaching as part of an employer benefit plan, we also offer billing and credit terms, subject to approval.
Currently, we do not accept health insurance. To make our longer-term health coaching packages more accessible, we offer payment plans. During the intake process, we will work together to find the right solution to fit your situation.
About Us
We are located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. For the convenience of our clients, our Chevy Chase, Maryland office provides easy access, with ample parking. If you are arrive by Metrorail, the Friendship Heights Metro station on the Red Line is located one block from our Chevy Chase office.
For in-person coaching sessions, we serve the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. For virtual coaching, we are available to work with clients worldwide by phone and via Zoom session.
